Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer

A privately-owned Water Hygiene specialist is recruiting for a reliable Water Hygiene Engineer to join their outfit. Applicants will be covering contracts in the South West of England, including commercial, domestic and public sector premises. We are seeking someone who has good hands-on experience within the industry, who can work self-sufficiently on site, and has a proven track record of meeting individual performance targets. Experience / Qualifications:
* Experience working as a Water Hygiene Engineer
* Will have worked across a variety of client sites, including: commercial and public sector
* Good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
* Hardworking attitude
* Good literacy and numeracy skills
* Confident using IT software
The Role:
* TMV servicing and maintenance
* Showerhead and acid descales
* Mains injections
* Cleans and disinfections on cold water storage tanks
* Closed system sampling
* Calorifier inspections
* Routine water sampling and temperature monitoring
* Basic remedial duties, including: deadleg removals and flexi hose replacements
* Keeping an accurate log of works completed
* Ensuring to deliver works to a high standard
