Randstad is currently partnering with one of the UK's fastest-growing, private equity-backed safety and compliance consultancies. Following continuous expansion and strategic acquisition, they are looking to appoint an experienced Water Hygiene Account Manager to lead, develop, and expand a dedicated portfolio of regional and national accounts.
This is a key commercial and technical role for a high-performing account manager who wants to step away from transactional sales and take true commercial ownership of blue-chip client portfolios across commercial, public sector, and healthcare estates.

Act as the primary point of contact for key client accounts, conducting regular performance reviews, monitoring SLAs/KPIs, and ensuring total client satisfaction.
Provide expert advice across water hygiene, legionella control, and water treatment compliance in line with ACoP L8, HSG274, and BS 8580 standards.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across wider compliance services, prepare technical proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and secure contract renewals.
Work alongside operational teams, risk assessors, and water chemists to ensure sampling regimes, monitoring schedules, and remedial works are delivered accurately and profitably.What We Are Looking For

Proven experience in commercial account management, technical sales, or client relationship management within water hygiene, water treatment, or environmental compliance.
Strong working knowledge of water compliance legislation (ACoP L8, HSG274, BS 8580).
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing account P&L, contract renewals, and proposal writing.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build long-term relationships with Facilities Managers, Estates Directors, and Duty Holders.
Full UK Driving Licence.The Package & Benefits
