Role: Waste Water Treatment Technician
Location: Wilton Power Station
Duration: 3 Year Contract
Rate: £22.50 per hour
Working Hours: 40hrs a week covering 7 days
The role
A requirement has arisen for a Waste Water Technician to join a global organisation providing Waste Water Testing services at a power plant in the North East.
* You will use your experience of waste water testing and treatment ideally from a power plant environment although this experience is by no means essential.
* This role would also suit a Chemistry or Biology Graduate with previous experience of having worked in a laboratory environment.
* You will analyse water samples from various location across site and test using the specialist equipment provided. You will then highlight any remediation activities highlighted from this.
The requirements
* Experience from a Water Treatment / Power Plant / Cooling Tower
* Degree (or equivalent levels) in Chemistry or Biology
* Ability to use specialised equipment
* Able to work over 7 days on a day shift basis
* You may also be required to provide support at local sites
