Description:
We are currently recruiting Waste Operatives to join our client based in Swinton, M27 area.
This is a hands-on role within a busy waste processing facility, ideal for candidates with a manufacturing background.
Key Responsibilities
* Sorting waste materials on a production line.
* Operating and working alongside waste processing machinery.
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
* Following health and safety procedures at all times.
* Supporting the team to ensure production targets are met.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
* Waste industry experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.
* Reliable, hardworking, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* A good attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
Shift Options
Days
* 7:00am – 7:00pm
* 4 on, 4 off shift pattern
* £12.71/hour
Nights
* 7:00pm – 7:00am
* Monday to Thursday
* £13.00/hour
Breaks
* 30-minute unpaid break deducted per shift.
* Two paid 15-minute breaks included.
PPE
* Safety boots and a high-visibility vest are required.
