Waste Clearance Operative / Van Driver
Looking for a hands-on job where no two days are the same?
Do you enjoy being out and about rather than working in the same place every day? Are you physically fit, reliable and happy to get stuck in as part of a small team?
We're recruiting a Waste Clearance Operative / Van Driver for a growing business based in Bournemouth.
You'll work alongside a colleague in a two-person team, travelling to different locations across the surrounding area, helping customers clear unwanted items and ensuring every job is completed safely and efficiently.
With regular Monday-to-Friday hours and full training provided, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys practical work and wants a permanent position with plenty of variety.

What will you be doing?
*
Sharing driving responsibilities in a 3.5-tonne Luton van
*
Visiting residential and commercial premises to carry out clearances
*
Safely lifting, loading and transporting unwanted items and materials
*
Working alongside your colleague to complete scheduled jobs
*
Using a mobile app to receive and coordinate assignments
*
Providing a professional and helpful service to customers
*
Following safe working practices and keeping the vehicle tidy
What are we looking for?
*
A full UK driving licence
*
Comfortable carrying out regular lifting and physical work
*
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
*
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
*
Comfortable using a smartphone or mobile app
*
Good customer service skills
Previous experience in removals, deliveries, warehouse operations, waste clearance or similar hands-on roles would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
Full training will be provided, so attitude and reliability are more important than previous industry experience.
