Wash Bay Operative

Description:

RMS are looking to recruit a temporary wash bay operative to start immediately. We are looking for a hardworking individual to join the team as they prepare the entire fleet for maintenance through the winter.

·This role will be working outside helping to clean all the vehicles as they come in from the end of the season

·Using a Cryogenic cleaning facility (Dry Ice blasting) you will be responsible for cleaning each vehicle as it comes back into the depot after our summer season, these will be a range of HGV’s and other smaller vehicles

·Each vehicle must be cleaned to a high standard ready for inspection and presentation of service and MOT

·Working as a team is essential to ensure deadlines are met whilst adhering to strict health and safety procedures as it will be working with a dangerous cleaning product.

·There will be opportunities to work overtime and some weekends where the business needs, we will expect the successful candidate to be flexible in their working approach as this work must be completed within a set time frame

·Maintaining good quality standards with the work at all times

·Full training will be given to each person on the team

Pay: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
