Marmon Lift Recruitment is seeking a motivated Warranty Sales Executive to join a well-established lift engineering company. This is an excellent opportunity for a sales-driven professional to build client relationships, promote warranty packages, and generate new business opportunities within the lift industry.
The Warranty Sales Executive Role

Proactively contact customers to promote lift warranty packages and generate sales
*
Identify new business opportunities and maximise existing customer relationships
*
Prepare quotations, follow up leads, and convert opportunities into sales
*
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, building owners, and managing agents
*
Explain warranty options, coverage, and benefits to prospective customers
*
Maintain accurate CRM records and track sales activity and opportunities
*
Follow up with existing customers to secure renewals and additional business
*
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
*
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
*
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process
The Warranty Sales Executive Candidate
*
Previous sales, telesales, or customer service experience
*
Confident communicator with strong telephone and relationship-building skills
*
Commercially minded, with the ability to identify opportunities and close sales
*
Highly organised, proactive, and target-driven
*
Comfortable using CRM systems and maintaining accurate records
*
Able to manage leads, follow-ups, and multiple opportunities effectively
*
A professional, customer-focused approach with strong negotiation skills
*
Experience within the lift industry or a technical sales environment would be advantageous
