We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Warranty Advisor in Lincoln, Lincolnshire. This is an Warranty Advisor excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join a reputable automotive business experiencing growth. The role offers a competitive basic salary of £30,000 with an on-target earnings of approximately £34,200. Working hours are 40 per week, with no weekend work required, providing a healthy work-life balance. Process warranty claims accurately and efficiently, maintaining high standards of quality
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow
Organise and prioritise daily activities to handle warranties effectively
Maintain detailed records of warranty claim processes
Liaise with internal teams and clients to resolve any warranty-related queries
Use relevant automotive warranty systems to manage claims
Ensure compliance with warranty policies and industry standards
Contribute to the continuous improvement of warranty processesRequirements of a Warranty Advisor:
Proven experience as a Warranty Advisor or in a similar automotive role
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to quickly learn and navigate technical systems
Effective communication skills for internal and customer interactions
Familiarity with automotive warranty systems
Knowledge of automotive industry processes and procedures
Customer service experience within the automotive sector
Previous warranty management or administrative experience is advantageous
