No weekends or shift work
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Respond promptly and professionally to all inbound email inquiries within specified response times
Verify customer information and ensure GDPR compliance in all communications
Open, manage, and process claims files for approval and authorisation
Handle inbound calls, understand caller needs, and provide appropriate information or transfer as necessary
Clearly explain claim validation processes to customers
Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure a smooth workflow and excellent customer service
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and proceduresRequirements of the Warranty Administrator:

Self-motivated, flexible, and reliable individual
Proficient in PC use with experience in MS Office
Previous experience in policies, claims, insurance, or automotive industry beneficial
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
