Warehouse Team Manager – Southampton Depot (Permanent Lates)

Have you worked for Tesco, Lidl, Amazon or other large warehouse operators? Join us as a Warehouse Team Manager at our busy Southampton depot and take your career to the next level.
What we offer:
* Competitive salary up to £730 per week (£38,000 per annum)
* Permanent, full-time contract with flexible late shifts (6pm–2:30am Mon–Thurs, 4pm–12:45am Fri)

Key responsibilities:
* Lead, motivate and develop a team of 30-38 warehouse operatives to meet KPIs
* Manage accurate inbound and outbound goods handling
* Maintain Health & Safety compliance across all shifts
* Support and deputise for the Warehouse Operations Manager as needed
* Drive continuous improvements in warehouse layout and processes
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience managing teams in FMCG or logistics environments, preferably on late shifts
* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Hands-on approach with attention to detail
* Flexible and adaptable to shift patterns
* Passionate about delivering premium service and driving team success
