Location: Warwick
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30

Recruitable Staffing are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader / FLT Driver to join a busy warehouse operation in Warwick.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who is confident operating FLT equipment while also overseeing a small warehouse team and supporting the day-to-day operation.

Duties include:

* Overseeing a small team of warehouse operatives

* Allocating daily tasks and helping the team meet operational targets

* Operating FLT equipment safely

* Moving, loading and unloading stock

* Supporting picking, packing and general warehouse duties

* Monitoring productivity, accuracy and health and safety standards

* Checking stock, paperwork and labels

* Reporting any operational issues to management

* Keeping the warehouse clean, safe and organised

Ideal candidate:

* Previous experience supervising or overseeing a small warehouse team

* Valid Counterbalance FLT licence

* Aisle Master licence or previous Aisle Master experience would be highly desirable

* Alternatively, Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences with recent experience

* Strong warehouse and stock-handling experience

* Confident communicating with team members and management

* Reliable, organised and willing to take a hands-on approach

* Able to work Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30
