Warehouse Team Leader - Afternoon Shift
Location: Warwick
Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00-20:00
Contract: Temp to perm, with a view to a permanent contract after 12 weeks
 
Recruitable Staffing Solutions is recruiting an experienced Warehouse Team Leader for our client in Warwick.
This hands-on role involves overseeing a team of warehouse operatives, organising workloads and keeping goods in and wider warehouse activities running safely and efficiently.
 
The role

Supervising warehouse operatives and allocating daily tasks.
Overseeing goods in, checking deliveries and ensuring stock is booked in accurately.
Coordinating put-away, picking, packing and dispatch.
Monitoring workloads and progress against daily priorities.
Maintaining stock accuracy and investigating discrepancies.
Operating forklift trucks and supporting warehouse duties.
Ensuring safe working practices and a tidy, organised warehouse.
Supporting team members and reporting operational issues to management. What we're looking for

Previous warehouse team leader or supervisory experience.
Experience in goods in and general warehouse operations.
A valid counterbalance FLT licence and relevant operating experience are essential.
Bendi or Aisle Master forklift operating experience is highly desirable.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
A reliable, practical approach and the confidence to lead by example.
Availability to work Monday to Friday, 12:00-20:00. What's on offer

£14.00-£16.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Regular Monday-to-Friday afternoon hours.
