Groomfield Recruitment are on the look out for a dedicated and seasoned Team Leader to join an ambitious waste management firm. The client is on a mission to become the top waste management company in the UK, and they require a dynamic team leader to aid them in this endeavour.

The Role:
As a Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading an RSD team of 2-3 individuals, serving as the primary link between the team and site management
* Organising team tasks efficiently and effectively to meet business needs
* Ensuring all administrative duties, checks, and reporting are completed by the team
* Operating a counterbalance FLT in accordance with the company's P.A.S.S policy
* Assisting in the unloading, inspection, and segregation of incoming waste
* Encouraging a positive health and safety-focused environment
* Providing assistance to other teams as directed when necessary
The Candidate:
The perfect candidate for the Team Leader role:
* Has experience in the Hazardous Waste Sector (preferable but not mandatory)
* Holds an Institute of Leadership and Development Level 2 Award in Leadership & Team Skills
* Is prepared to work outdoors in a hazardous chemical environment, taking a hands-on approach
* Hold a FLT Counterbalance qualification
* ADR qualification
* IOSH qualification
