Pay Rate: £15.00 per hour
Contract: Temporary
Hours: Full-time
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy warehouse and manufacturing operation in Bicester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and hands-on individual who has previous experience leading warehouse teams and managing day-to-day operations within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising and supporting a team of approximately 7 warehouse operatives

Allocating workloads and ensuring productivity targets are achieved

Monitoring goods in, goods out and stock movements

Maintaining high standards of health and safety across the warehouse

Supporting and motivating the team to achieve operational objectives

Assisting with stock control and inventory accuracy

Investigating and resolving operational issues efficiently

Working closely with management to ensure smooth warehouse operations

Requirements

Previous experience in a Warehouse Team Leader or Warehouse Supervisor position is essential

Strong leadership and people management skills

Excellent communication and organisational abilities

Experience working within a busy warehouse environment

Ability to lead by example and support the team with daily tasks

Good understanding of warehouse processes and procedures

Forklift licence advantageous but not essential
