We are seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our clients team. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse facilities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective management of inventory, maintaining a safe working environment, and maximizing productivity. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong attention to detail, and a proven track record of success in warehouse operations.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
* Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials, and conducting regular inventory counts.
* Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures and protocols to optimize productivity and minimize errors.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and promote a culture of safety within the warehouse.
* Train new employees on warehouse procedures, equipment operation, and safety protocols.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and seamless warehouse operations.
* Monitor and enforce quality control standards to ensure accurate order fulfillment and minimize product damages.
Requirements
* High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in logistics or a related field preferred.
* Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role.
* Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in using warehouse management software and Microsoft Office Suite
