Warehouse Supervisor (Temp to Perm) – Wisbech
Salary: £32,000 per annum
Location: Wisbech
Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off rotating shifts
* 1 week days
* 1 week nights
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy and fast-paced operation in Wisbech on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on warehouse professional with forklift experience looking for long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervising daily warehouse operations and supporting the wider warehouse team
* Ensuring productivity, accuracy, and health & safety standards are maintained
* Coordinating stock movement, goods in/out, and dispatch activities
* Operating forklifts when required
* Supporting and motivating warehouse staff across day and night shifts
* Completing shift reports and communicating effectively with management
* Assisting with training and onboarding of team members
Requirements
* Previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor role or a senior warehouse operative looking to step into a supervisory position
* Valid forklift licence and practical forklift experience essential
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication skills and attention to detail
* Flexible to work rotating day and night shifts
* SAP experience would be desirable
