Warehouse Supervisor**

Our client is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join their busy and fast-paced warehouse operation. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on warehouse professional with proven 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) experience who is looking to develop their career within a growing logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the day-to-day warehouse operation, ensuring all activities are completed efficiently and in line with procedures.
* Lead, motivate and allocate workloads to warehouse staff to ensure productivity and operational targets are achieved.
* Monitor and drive warehouse KPI performance, ensuring service levels are consistently met.
* Ensure all warehouse documentation is completed accurately and within required timescales.
* Assist with the recruitment, induction and training of warehouse staff.
* Maintain high standards of Health & Safety across the warehouse operation.
* Oversee MHE maintenance reporting and ensure equipment is maintained to required standards.
* Support employee development and performance management.
* Deputise for the Warehouse Manager when required.
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience within a 3PL warehouse environment is essential.
* Proven experience supervising or leading a warehouse team.
* Strong understanding of warehouse operations, logistics processes and stock control.
* Experience working to and achieving KPIs and service level agreements.
* Good knowledge of warehouse Health & Safety procedures.
* Excellent leadership, organisational and communication skills.
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
