Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Basildon
Salary: £32,500 per annum
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Temp to Perm
About the Role
On behalf of our client based in Basildon, we are seeking an organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, manage inventory systems, and lead an active floor team.
This is an excellent Temp-to-Perm opportunity offering consistent weekday hours and a competitive salary with a growing company.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Systems: Utilize computer systems to track inventory, update stock records, and generate operational reports.
Stock Management: Organize stock efficiently for easy access, monitor stock levels, and conduct regular counts.
Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff, delegate daily duties, and ensure safety and productivity standards are met.
Inbound Goods: Receive, inspect, and accurately record all incoming deliveries.
Candidate Requirements
Computer Literacy: Must be proficient with computers and comfortable using inventory management systems.
Leadership Experience: Previous experience supervising or leading a team in a warehouse setting.
Key Skills: High attention to detail, strong organizational abilities, and clear communication skills.
