The role of Warehouse Supervisor in Cannock will involve:
Managing a small team of colleagues.
Ensuring customer orders are dispatched in a timely manner.
Reporting data and KPIs to management.
Ensuring items are loaded correctly into vehicles.
Meeting and exceeding KPIs.
Following all Health & Safety guidelines.
Processing returned goods.
Working one Sunday in six on a rotational basis (paid overtime).Profile
The successful Warehouse Supervisor candidate will have:
Previous experience managing teams in a busy distribution environment.
Knowledge of goods-in, pick/pack and outbound.
A lead by example and team player attitude towards work.
Knowledge of HR functions such as staff reviews, investigations and disciplinaries.
Good WMS/Microsoft Office knowledge.
The ability to track and work towards KPIs.
Excellent communication skills, internally and externally.
A background in Logistics Distribution and Supply Chain.Preferred:
FLT Counterbalance experience.
