Connect Appointments is recruiting a Warehouse Supervisor to join an established logistics business based in Larkhall.
Our client operates a busy freight and distribution facility, requiring an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to manage goods in and out within a small, close-knit team.
What's on offer?
Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
£16.06 per hour
Overtime availableAs a Warehouse Supervisor, your duties will include:
Managing goods in and goods out accurately and efficiently
Maintaining an organised, tidy and compliant warehouse environment
Labelling goods and handling a variety of freight including chilled, ambient, in-gauge and out-of-gauge
Managing in-house stock control and ensuring warehouse information is accurate
Supporting the wider office team with system updates and data accuracy
Operating a forklift truck as requiredTo be considered as a Warehouse Supervisor, you will need:
Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory or senior warehouse role
A valid forklift licence is essential
Competence handling a variety of freight types including chilled and ambient goods
Strong computer literacy and experience using warehouse management systems
