Location: Bedford | Pay: £14.50-£15.38/hr | Hours: 40/week, Sunday-Thursday, 5:30 PM - 2:00 AM
Are you a motivated leader with a passion for warehouse operations? We're looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to drive our evening picking operations and lead a team of 20-30 Warehouse Operatives. This is your chance to take the reins in a fast-paced environment, ensuring orders are picked accurately, safely, and on time.
What You'll Do:
Lead, coach, and motivate a team during the evening shift.
Monitor KPIs, drive productivity, and maintain high standards.
Conduct performance reviews and support employee development.
Manage investigations and disciplinary processes where required.
Identify training needs and maintain a safe, efficient warehouse environment.What We're Looking For:
Minimum 2-3 years' warehouse experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team.
Knowledge of order picking processes and WMS systems.
FLT licenses (Counterbalance & Reach) are a plus.
