Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Hoo, Rochester
Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: Up to £36,000
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm (rotating weekly)

The Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in leading day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy and adherence to health and safety standards while supporting the wider supply chain function.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing a team of 4-5 warehouse operatives.
Overseeing staff performance, handling employee issues and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and health & safety regulations.
Picking and packing using handheld scanners.
Loading and unloading lorries.
Booking deliveries and coordinating logistics.
Managing stock control and inventory accuracy.What We're Looking For:
Previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Prior experience managing a small team (4-5 people).
