Pay Rates:
AM Shift: 06:00–14:00 – £13.65 per hour
PM Shift: 14:00–22:00 – £14.85 per hour
Working Pattern: Any 5 days out of 7, including weekends
Contract Type: Temporary – Ongoing

Job Description ACS Staffing Solutions are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join the Recycling Department at a busy warehouse in Daventry!
This is a hands-on, physically active role, ideal for people who enjoy practical work and don't mind getting stuck in. You'll help keep the warehouse running smoothly by handling recyclable materials, baling cardboard and maintaining a clean, organised working environment.
Immediate starts available this Monday!
Key Responsibilities
Moving and sorting recyclable materials around the warehouse.
Baling cardboard and preparing materials for recycling.
Breaking down cardboard boxes and handling recyclable waste.
Carrying out regular manual handling tasks safely.
Moving materials to the correct designated areas.
Keeping the recycling department clean, tidy and organised.
Following all health and safety procedures.
Supporting the wider warehouse team when required.
What We're Looking For
Reliable, hardworking and physically fit candidates.
Someone comfortable with a hands-on job involving manual handling.
A positive attitude and willingness to get involved.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work any 5 days out of 7, including weekends.
Previous warehouse or recycling experience is an advantage but not essential.

£14.85 per hour on the PM shift.
