Warehouse Picker – Double Days
Location: Batley
Starting salary: £13.27 per hour, rising to £13.49 per annum after 12 weeks
Type: Temp to Perm
Working hours: Double Days - Monday to Thursday; 5.50am - 2pm and Friday; 5.50am - 1pm then Monday to Thursday; 1.50pm – 9pm and Friday; 12.50pm - 7pm (Rotating weekly).
Flexible working / slightly different start and finish times could be considered, within reason.

About the Role
As a Warehouse Picker at our Batley facility, you'll play a vital role in our logistics and supply chain operations. Key responsibilities include:
* Order Fulfillment: Use a handheld scanning gun to accurately load orders, including paints and required quantities.
* Efficient Collection: Operate a Powered Pallet Truck (PPT) to collect orders, ensuring pallets are properly loaded and maintained at the correct weights.
* Preparation for Shipment: Wrap and label pallets appropriately, preparing them for collection by FLTs and loading teams.
* Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will be crucial in maintaining the high standards of our operations.
About You
* Ideally have experience with handheld scanners, however this is not essential as full training will be provided.
* Team-Oriented: Capable of working effectively as part of a team.
* Hardworking: Possess a strong work ethic and are willing to step in and assist other departments when needed.
