Warehouse Outbound Supervisor

£20 per hour
We are seeking a highly organised and experienced Warehouse Outbound Supervisor who is fluent in Mandarin OR Cantonese. The successful candidate will oversee outbound logistics operations, ensuring efficient materials handling, shipping, and receiving processes.
This role requires strong team management skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems to optimise workflow and maintain high standards of safety and accuracy within a fast-paced logistics environment.
Duties
* Supervise daily outbound warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving activities
* Coordinate with team members to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments
* Utilise forklift trucks safely for materials handling
* Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
* Manage team schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure productivity targets are met
* Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and documentation requirements
Experience
* English speaking AND Mandarin OR Cantonese
* Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics operations
* Strong background in materials handling, shipping & receiving, and warehouse optimisation techniques
