WAREHOUSE OPERATOR WORCESTERSHIRE
DAY SHIFT - MONDAY TO FRIDAY 7:30/8:30AM START 48 HOUR WEEK (OCCASIONAL SATURDAY WORK MAY BE REQUIRED)
STARTING SALARY £13 Per Hour
We are recruiting for a reliable and skilled Warehouse Operative for a well establish packaging company to support daily operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role is key to ensuring the efficient movement of materials, maintaining stock accuracy and supporting production teams to minimise downtime.
Key Responsibilities
Delivering materials to machine Operators with minimal downtime.
Replenishing racking with incoming stock & returned stock.
Handling incoming and outgoing deliveries to customers and from suppliers, recording weights of pallets.
Booking in arrivals & reporting shortages.
Stock takes weekly & monthly.
Ensure Warehouse & yard are kept clean & tidy.
Varied duties to enable production facilities to run as efficiently as possible.
May require occasional van driving to meet the business needs.Requirements
Valid Forklift and Bendi Truck Licence (ideal but not essential)
Flexible approach to work with the ability to perform a variety of tasks
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to remain organised and work effectively under pressure
Basic IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Excel and Office systems
Team Player with a strong work ethic and reliability
