Outbound Warehouse Operative in Grangemouth
Pay Rate: £15.85 per hour
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days including 1 in 4 weekends. Flexibility required between 6:00am - 8:00pm.
Main Responsibilities
Pick, stage, and load finished goods accurately.
Complete stock movements and warehouse system transactions.
Support loading/unloading operations safely and efficiently.
Follow SOPs, FIFO principles, GMP, and food safety standards.
Maintain high housekeeping and hygiene standards.
Carry out equipment checks and report hazards or incidents.
Support stock counts and general warehouse operations.
Requirements
Essential: Forklift B1 Counterbalance licence.
Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred.
Good attention to detail and communication skills.
Ability to work safely and as part of a team.
Full driving licence and own transport required.
