Centric Talent is currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our rapidly growing client based in Bolton. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temporary-to-permanent position with a well-established and respected business.

About the Role
This position is ideal for candidates with strong warehouse experience, particularly in picking, packing, and ideally operating Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
As a Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:
Picking, packing, and dispatching orders accurately and efficiently
Ensuring goods are packaged correctly and dispatched on the appropriate pallets
Checking outbound deliveries to ensure products leave the warehouse in excellent condition
Following and supporting the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Ensuring deliveries are sent via the correct carrier using suitable packaging methods
Adhering to all warehouse procedures and health & safety regulations
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and safe working environment
Providing feedback and reporting issues through the appropriate channels
Photographing deliveries before dispatch where required
Loading and unloading vehicles
Supporting general warehouse operations as needed
Handling bulky and heavy bathroom products, which will involve regular manual liftingThis role offers excellent long-term prospects, and we are looking for individuals who are eager to grow and develop within the business.
Essential Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous warehouse experience (essential)
Experience with picking, packing, loading, and unloading
Good IT and computer skills
Strong numerical and literacy skills
Excellent attention to detail
Strong communication skills
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience handling bulky or heavy items
MHE experience (advantageous but not essential)Working Hours
40 hours per week

Sunday to Thursday
10:00pm – 6:00am
£14.87 per hourAfternoon Shift
Monday to Friday
12:00pm – 8:00pm
£12.87 per hourDay Shift

8:00am – 4:00pm
