Warehouse Operative / Trainee test technician
Winchcombe
£11.50- £12 ph + Full time temp to perm + Holidays + career progression + training
We are looking for 2/3 warehouse operatives with a keen interest to progressing into electrical test technicians. The company are a manufacturer of upcoming new technology who are going through an exciting growth period in the industry. They have recently teamed up with a household name as are forecasting exponential growth over the next 5 years.
You will join a young team of operatives working in the technical department receiving and distributing goods to wholesale & customer across the UK. The role includes last inspection before dispatch ensuring the product runs as manufactured. Using test software and technician equipment to give readings. Other part of the roles will be diagnostics of returned products.
The company are looking for operatives with a keen interest in electronics / electrics who they can train so candidates with apprenticeships or background in these are encouraged to apply
The Role
*Warehouse duties – Lifting/ Sorting/ Labelling
*Basic product dismantling work
*Reading error codes / filing in paperwork
*Test products under guidance from supervisors
The Person
*Qualifications in electronics or electrical
*Keen interest to train into as test technician
*drive/ access to reliable transport (remote)
