About the Role

Key Responsibilities
* Parcel Sorting:
Accurately sort parcels and boxes based on destination codes. Your precision will ensure that each parcel is ready for timely dispatch, maintaining the high standards our client is known for.
* Order Picking:
Efficiently pick and prepare orders for delivery. Your attention to detail will guarantee that customers receive the correct items, enhancing their satisfaction and trust.
* General Warehouse Work:
Engage in various warehouse duties, including inventory management and equipment operation. Your flexibility and adaptability will be key to supporting the team in achieving daily targets.
* Loading and Unloading:
Assist in loading and unloading parcels from delivery vehicles. Your strategic placement of parcels will optimize space and ensure safe transport.
* Warehouse Maintenance:
Maintain a clean and organized workspace by sweeping, removing debris, and following waste disposal protocols. A tidy environment is crucial for operational efficiency and safety.
* Health and Safety Compliance:
Adhere to health and safety regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Report any hazards or near-misses promptly to uphold a safe workplace for all team members.
* Other Duties as Required:
