Warehouse Operator - Night Shift
Contract: Start week of the 15th July - Until end of August
Shift Pattern: Night Shift, Monday-Friday
Location: Andover
We are currently looking for a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Warehouse Operator. This role operates on a Night Shift offering consistent full-time hours and an immediate start.
Rotating Shift Pattern
This position works across two alternating weekly shifts:
Night Shift: 21:48 - 06:00Role Overview
You will be responsible for accurately weighing cartons and record weight information, ensuring products meet company specifications and quality standards while maintaining a safe, efficient, and compliant working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Weigh cartons using calibrated weighing equipment every hour
Verify carton weights against specified requirements and quality standards.
Accurately record and report weight data on controlled documentation.
Identify and escalate any weight discrepancies, damaged cartons, or quality concerns to the IMA Operator and SMT.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work area in accordance with housekeeping standards.
Follow all company procedures, work instructions, and Health and Safety requirements.
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production targets and operational objectives.
Assist with other production-related duties as directed by supervisors or management.What We're Looking For
