Key Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Operative, your daily responsibilities will include:
Ensuring all orders are completed accurately and efficiently during your shift.
Reporting any issues that may arise to your supervisor to prevent operational failures.
Assisting with deliveries, booking in stock, and organising inventory efficiently.
Achieving the required level of productivity and quantifying any variances to your supervisor.
Maintaining flexibility to adapt to business requirements as needed.
Conducting pre-shift checks and defect reports on all equipment, liaising with your supervisor for repairs.
Adhering strictly to the company's health and safety policies at all times.
Upholding a clear desk policy and ensuring the warehouse floor remains clean and tidy.
Completing stock takes as instructed by your supervisor.
Maintaining clear and accurate communication with your supervisor.
Performing any other duties as required by management.What Our Client Is Looking For:

Experience in warehouse operations is preferred but not essential.
