Looking for a permanent warehouse role where accuracy matters and you can build a long-term career?
C2 Recruitment is looking for reliable and detail-focused Warehouse Stock Auditors / Warehouse Operatives to join a busy distribution centre in Bellshill.
This is a hands-on warehouse role checking stock, identifying discrepancies and making sure goods moving through the distribution centre are accurate.
Full training is provided, so if you have warehouse, stock control, picking, packing, dispatch or goods-in experience, we'd like to hear from you.
The Role
You'll be working within a busy distribution centre carrying out physical stock checks and audits.
Your responsibilities will include:
Checking pallets, cages and trailer loads for accuracy
Auditing inbound and outbound stock
Checking loads against paperwork and delivery information
Identifying and reporting stock discrepancies
Accurately recording audit results
Working to daily targets and quality standards
Following site health and safety procedures
Helping identify recurring stock issues
This role is all about accuracy, consistency and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For
You don't need previous auditing experience.
We're looking for someone who is reliable, comfortable working in a warehouse environment and takes pride in getting things right.
Ideally, you'll have:
Previous warehouse, stock control, picking, packing, goods-in or dispatch experience
Good attention to detail
Confidence with basic calculations
Good written and verbal communication skills
Basic Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
The ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
A reliable and positive approach to work
You must be aged 18 or over.
Hours
37.5 hours per week
5 days out of 7
You'll work 8-hour shifts between:
06:00-14:00
12:00-20:00
14:00-22:00
The role is based within a chilled warehouse environment.
