Job Title: Warehouse Operative

Temporary ongoing
Day shift 07:00 - 15:30
We are looking to recruit additional Warehouse Operatives on a temporary ongoing basis for our client, who design and manufacture fall safety equipment as well as supplying equipment to first responders for various industries throughout the UK.
Training alongside permanent staff you will be expected to:
Receipt of deliveries of finished goods for customer demand or stock requirements.
Checking for damaged or missing items.
Storing products within the warehouse using lifting gear or a forklift truck.
Maintaining accurate stock counts to determined stock levels.
Picking and preparation of materials
Working to strict deadlines and targets
To assist with other warehouse requirements as they arise in line with the requirements of both external and internal customers.
Complying at all times with Health and Safety policiesThe ideal candidate will:
Have previous experience working in a warehouse environment.
Have experience within stock control.
Must be computer literate.
Have a flexible approach to working, as overtime will be required on occasion.
Must hold a valid external forklift licence. Bendi/Aisle Master licence preferred.You must be able to commit to working days 07:00 - 15:30 Monday - Friday.
Due to the nature of this role, you will be stood for long periods of time and elements of these roles can be physically demanding.
