The Role:

So, what will you be doing as a Warehouse Operative?

Receive deliveries, check goods for accuracy, and book them into the system.
Create labels for packages and move them to the next step.
Scan documents into the system to maintain records.
Inform recipients of incoming goods and ensure they are collected.
Pick orders and pass parts to production according to schedule.
Perform daily inventory counts and submit adjustments as needed.
Liaise with the stores lead to manage offsite stock.
Load and unload vehicles efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the stores area.
Pack deliveries and shipments to specified standards.
Deal with queries from various departments related to stores.
Work cross-functionally between sites as needed.
Perform daily checks on forklift equipment and document findings.
Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

What are we looking for in our next Warehouse Operative?

Previous experience in a warehouse or stores environment.
Proficiency in stock counting and numerical skills.
Physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
Forklift license preferred.
Full UK driver's license required.
