Warehouse Order Picker (LLOP Driver)
Location: Atherstone
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
We are currently recruiting experienced Warehouse Order Pickers for a busy distribution centre in Atherstone. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with genuine long-term career prospects.
Shift Pattern
* Start time: 7:30 PM
* Typical shift length: 7–8 hours
* Fixed rota:
* Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
* 2 out of every 3 Sundays
* Days off: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and every third Sunday
Pay Rates
First 12 Weeks:
* £13.44 per hour before 10:00 PM
* £16.79 per hour after 10:00 PM
After 12 Weeks:
* £14.93 per hour before 10:00 PM
* £18.66 per hour after 10:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
* Voice order picking using a headset system
* Operating a Low Level Order Picker (LLOP)
* Pallet wrapping and preparing goods for dispatch
* Loading and dispatch preparation
* General warehouse duties as required
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Essential Requirements
* Previous warehouse experience is required
* Previous LLOP experience is required
* Experience in order picking within a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently to targets
* Good attention to detail
* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
