Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operatives in Bristol.
The rate of pay is:
- First 12 weeks £12.72 per hour
- After 12 weeks £15.82 per hour
+ Performance Bonus up to £29.05 per hour.
This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, 5 out of 7, the hours of work are:
- Chill 1:30pm to 9:30pm
- Ambient 2pm to 10pm
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for handling goods and your day-to-day duties will include:
- Picking produce and selecting stock
- Stacking items into cages
- Delivering items and cages to the loaders
- Using manual handling equipment in a busy environment
Heavy living up to 25kg is involved in this role.
Our Perfect Worker
Our ideal Warehouse Operative is comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment and can meet targets and deadlines.
You need to be able to speak English at a conversational level so that you can communicate easily and effectively with the team.
Experience in a similar role is desirable, but not essential as full training is provided.
