Salary: £25,300

Are you a skilled Warehouse Operative with a Reach and Counterbalance Licence? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in Rochester, Kent.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Order Picking: Accurately pick customer orders to ensure timely delivery.
Goods In: Unload goods and properly rack them away.
Loading/Unloading: Efficiently load and unload lorries to keep operations running smoothly.
Production Support: Pick materials and ingredients needed for production work.
Inventory Management: Put away pallets from production into the correct racking locations.
Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the warehouse tidy and organized.
Team Support: Cover for other team members and assist other departments as needed.
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Complete additional tasks as required to support warehouse operations.
Requirements:

Valid Reach and Counterbalance Licence.
Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
