ROLE: Warehouse Operative
LOCATION: Newark, Nottinghamshire
ASSIGNMENT: Full-Time / Part-Time opportunities available (subject to availability)
PAY: £12.71
Frontline Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join their team based in Newark, Nottinghamshire. THE ROLE
* Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently.
* Loading and unloading deliveries safely and securely.
* Receiving, checking and storing incoming stock.
* Preparing goods for dispatch and ensuring orders are ready for delivery.
* Moving stock around the warehouse using appropriate equipment.
* Checking products for damage and reporting any discrepancies.
* Maintaining accurate stock records and following warehouse procedures.
* Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy and organised.
* Following all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Working closely with colleagues and supervisors to meet daily targets.
* Supporting general warehouse duties as required.
* Working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
THE REQUIREMENTS
* Previous warehouse experience is desirable but not essential, depending on the role.
* Good attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Reliable, punctual and hardworking approach to work.
* Ability to work in a busy warehouse environment and meet performance targets.
* Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
* Willingness to undertake manual handling duties, where required.
* Understanding of health and safety procedures within a warehouse environment.
* Flexibility to work the required shifts.
* A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
