About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join our fast-paced logistics team. This role is ideal for someone with proven picking and packing experience, excellent attention to detail, and strong organisational skills.
As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring orders are processed efficiently, accurately, and delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately pick and pack orders in line with company standards
Conduct quality checks to ensure order accuracy and prevent errors
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
Handle stock replenishment and inventory control tasks
Work towards daily targets and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
Requirements
Previous experience in a warehouse environment, specifically picking and packing
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Good level of physical fitness (manual handling may be required)
Flexible and reliable with a positive work ethic
Desirable Skills
Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS)
Forklift licence (advantageous but not essential)
