Location: Tonbridge
Salary: GBP38,000 - GBP40,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Friday, 6am - 4pm.

Bridge Recruitment is helping one of our established clients recruit for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their ever-expanding team.
Responsibilities of the Warehouse Operative:
The Warehouse Operative is responsible for accurately picking, packing, checking, labelling, and preparing customer orders while ensuring goods leave the business right first time, on time, in full, and with zero defects.
The role supports the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse by using the company software system for key information, maintaining accurate stock records, following quality control processes, and ensuring the working area remains safe, tidy, and well organised.
Requirements of the Warehouse Operative:
· Team player with a proactive and self-driven approach
· Active individual with strong attention to detail
· Forklift licence/experience is essential
· Practical mindset and ability to solve day-to-day operational issues
· Understanding of ERP or warehouse software systems
· Ability to follow processes and keep to agreed timeframes
· Clear communicator who can work effectively with colleagues and managers
· Focused on what is best for the business and the wider team
· Acts with honesty, integrity, and respect at all times
