Job Role: Warehouse Operative
Location: Wickford

Responsibilities:
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently according to company standards
Prepare items for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labelling
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Follow safety protocols and procedures at all timesRequirements:
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred but not required
Ability to lift and move heavy objects
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
