Description:
We are seeking car parts pickers to join a well-known automotive company.
This is a long-term ongoing role with a shift pattern from 12:30 am to 20:30 pm, Monday to Wednesday, and 12:30 am to 20.00 pm on Thursday and Friday.
The pay rate is £11.84 per hour.
Shift Allowance of £42.33, paid on top of weekly wages.
Overtime is paid at time and a half after 39 hours.
All breaks are paid.
Responsibilities include:
- delivering KPI targets (productivity, quality, GIR, Health and Safety),
- maintaining housekeeping standards and supporting the team leader and the area's operations.
Operatives are expected to learn and operate MHE regularly once trained.
The Warehouse Operative role aims to achieve business objectives and individual targets in productivity and quality, all while ensuring a safe working environment.
Successful candidates should ideally have previous knowledge of warehouse operations, but a full 12-week paid training program is provided.
