Are you an experienced Warehouse Operative?
Regional Recruitment are recruiting for warehouse operator, on behalf of an industry-leading distributor company with the opportunity for temp to perm role.

Qualifications
Essential:
Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is desirable but not essential
Ability to carry out manual handling and physically demanding tasks
Good attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and packing
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a positive work ethic
Physically fit as job may require heavy lifting
Ability to always follow health and safety procedures
Willingness to work shifts, overtime, or weekends when required
Basic numeracy and literacy skills for reading labels and completing paperwork
Desirable:
Fast-paced warehouse environment experience
Roles & Responsibilities
Loading and unloading deliveries using appropriate manual handling techniques
Checking incoming goods against delivery notes and reporting any damages or discrepancies
Sorting, organising, and storing stock in the correct warehouse locations
Operating warehouse equipment such as pallet trucks, pump trucks, and (where trained) forklifts
Preparing goods for dispatch, including labelling, wrapping, and securing pallets
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment always
Assisting with regular stock takes and inventory checks
Following health and safety procedures and complying with warehouse regulations
Meeting daily productivity targets and working effectively as part of a team
Supporting general warehouse duties as required by supervisors or management
Requirements
As Warehouse Operative you will also be expected to be:
Proactive, driven individual who thrives in fast paced environments.
