Warehouse Operative
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
About the Role
We are currently recruiting several Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client due to continued business growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy warehouse environment where you will play a key role in ensuring products are accurately picked, packed, and prepared for distribution.
The successful candidates will be reliable, hardworking, and able to work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety.
Key Responsibilities
Picking and packing customer orders
Restocking products and maintaining stock levels
Palletising goods ready for dispatch
Shrink-wrapping pallets
Loading and moving stock within the warehouse
General housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe working environment
Following all health and safety procedures
Skills and Experience
Essential
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work accurately and efficiently
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and punctual with a positive work ethic
Ability to undertake manual handling tasks, including lifting items up to 20kg
PPE will be required
Requirements
Safety boots and high-visibility vest are essential
Previous warehouse experience is advantageous but not essential
