Warehouse Operative

Broadwater Park, Denham

Pay rate £12.88 per hour

40 hour working week.

Hours: Start 7.30am. Finish 16.00pm.

Lunch: 30mins. (12.30 – 13.00)

Tea breaks: one 15 minutes in morning and one 15 minutes in the afternoon. (phone number removed) / 15.00-15.15)

4 Month Contract -Begining of June to End of September

Responsibilities:

-         Unpacking and sorting of inbound repairs from two couriers, ensuring all documentation stays with the received products.

-         Disposing of the packing in a responsible manor.

-         Registration of the received products into the service data base, ensuring names, numbers, and products match. Listing all received accessories with the repair.

-         Rapid handling of specific products at point of registration.

-         Upon completion of inbound repairs – pack all repairs securely and enter details into the data base and print delivery label for courier. Ensuring all details match – name – address – product. Also, add additional label as required e.g. – Battery enclosed. Cut off time for outbound collection 15.30. All completed repairs to have been completed by this time.

-         Keep the inbound and outbound area clean and organised throughout the day.

-         Assist in the service centre as and when required: Moving recycling boxes from technicians to recycling area, assist in moving of products from workshop to warehouse etc.

-         Inhouse spare parts warehouse: assist with delivery / receiving of parts to the warehouse / technicians.

Attributes:

-         Excellent time keeping.

-         Reliable.

-         PC Competent. Microsoft access, Word etc

-         Able to follow instruction / processes.

-         Physically fit – products up to 25kg in weight that will need to be packed / moved.

-         Team player
