Role: Warehouse Operative
Location: Bedwas
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30AM - 5:30PM
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Temporary to ongoing, with an immediate start available. We're recruiting a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing warehouse operation in Bedwas. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want a stable, long-term role, this is for you. You'll support warehouse operations and goods movement.
The Role:
Load, unload and move goods safely around the warehouse
Organise and maintain stock, making sure it's stored and handled correctly
Carry out quality checks to make sure products meet company standards
Help load and unload lorries
Work with colleagues to keep operations running smoothly
Follow all health and safety procedures
The Requirements:
Previous warehouse or logistics experience
Good mechanical knowledge and basic troubleshooting skills
Strong teamwork and problem-solving
Reliable and flexible, with a positive attitude
Valid FLT licence hugely beneficial
Able to commute reliably to Bedwas
