Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client, one of the leading supermarkets.
Staffline is recruiting for Warehouse Operative in London.
The rates of pay are:
- Worked between 06:00 to 18:00 will be paid at £13.64 per hour
- Worked between 18:00 to 06:00 will be paid at £15.58 per hour
- Overtime and Bank holidays will be paid at £4.17 extra on top of the basic rate
This is a full-time role, working 5 out of 7 days. The hours of work are:
- 11am to 8pm
Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative your duties will include:
- Working in the chilled environment (temperature between 0 and 5C)
- Picking produce and selecting stock
- Stacking items into cages
- Delivering items and cages to the loaders
- Using manual handling equipment in a busy environment
- Heavy lifting of up to 25kg is involved in this role

Our ideal Warehouse Operative is comfortable working in a busy warehouse environment and can meet targets and deadlines.
Applicants will be able to work in a cold environment and stand for long hours.
You need to be able to speak English at a conversational level so that you can communicate easily and effectively with the team.
