Warehouse Operative | Bridgwater | Salary: up to £24,752 + Benefits

This role be based in one of our Magnet showrooms, working closely as part of a fast paced, motivated team. With more than 100 years’ experience behind us, Magnet is one of the UK’s biggest and best known kitchen brands and is part of the wider Nobia group.

What you’ll be doing 

The Greater Picture: At Nobia, we’re not just designing kitchens; we’re building connections. This role is integral to our journey. As a Warehouse Person you will be creating a welcoming environment for all our customers, as well as ensuring our warehouse is kept to a high standard. You will achieve this by applying good housekeeping practices, reducing the risk of stock loss and taking a proactive approach to Health & Safety.

But you won’t just be behind-the-scenes. Your fantastic customer service skills means that you’ll be able to support identifying new customers to help grow our business, as well as maintaining current customer relationships.

As a Warehouse Person we are looking for an individual with great organisational skills and always willing to go the extra mile.  Also, to be successful in this role, you will ideally have the following attributes:

The ability to work well as part of a team and also individually

Customer service and a personable manner 

Willingness to learn and deliver product knowledge

The ability to build strong working relationships with the store team

Capability to manage to stock

Readiness to undertake Forklift Truck Training
