Permanent | Full-Time | Rotating Shifts
We are currently recruiting for 2 Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our well-established client based in Yate, Bristol.

The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you'll be responsible for:
* Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
* Loading and unloading deliveries.
* Moving stock safely throughout the warehouse.
* Operating a forklift (full training provided).
* Maintaining high standards of health and safety and keeping the warehouse organised.
Working Hours
This role operates on a rotating shift pattern:
* Week 1: 5:00am – 2:00pm
* Week 2: 1:00pm – 10:00pm
Please note: Due to the location and shift pattern, your own transport is essential.
The Ideal Candidate
We're looking for someone who has:
* Previous warehouse experience.
* Experience with order picking and loading.
* Some forklift experience (a licence is not required as full training will be provided).
* A good level of physical fitness, as the role involves manual handling and lifting heavier stock.
* A reliable, committed attitude with a strong work ethic.
* A stable employment history and is looking for a long-term career opportunity.
Our client is committed to developing its employees. Full forklift training will be provided, and the training programme takes approximately six months to become fully competent in the role.
